Terms of Service
Last updated June 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using Bibblin (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Bibblin lets you create personalised children's storybooks through a guided studio. Writing and previewing a story is free; you pay only when you approve a book for printing and delivery.
3. Content you upload
You may upload photos and other materials to help personalise your book. You keep ownership of everything you upload.
By uploading any image or content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the content, or you have the owner's explicit permission to upload and use it for this purpose; and
- you have the right to allow the people depicted to appear in a book created through the Service; and
- the content does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
You grant Bibblin a limited licence to use your uploaded content solely to create your book. We do not use your photos to train our AI models, and we do not retain them long-term — see How It Works for the details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
5. Orders, payment & delivery
When you approve a book for printing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Printed books are produced to order. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, belongs to Bibblin. The finished book we create for you is yours to keep and enjoy; the underlying tools and models remain ours.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bibblin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
